Fun Time Early Childhood Academy hosted its annual fundraiser on February 14, 2013, at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. Love was in the air as more than 370 guests celebrated Valentine’s Day and showed that they truly did Have a Heart for Fun Time!
Event co-chairs Connie Messner and Joanne Halstead delighted the attendees with the many loving touches to the evening. Fifth Third Bank was the event’s founding sponsor.
Honorary chair Pat Cacho, a long-time supporter of Fun Time, spoke movingly about his connection with the organization. Shavontae Dominique was the 2013 distinguished alumna.
Fun Time’s favorite auctioneer Bill Barnett led brisk bidding on several offerings, with travel as the primary focus. Destinations included Chicago, Martha’s Vineyard, Montana and worldwide cities of the bidder’s choice on a weeklong cruise aboard The World.
