Volunteers play key roles in the organization’s mission – to provide safe, quality, affordable education and care for children of low-income working families and to prepare the children for kindergarten, ready to read and ready to learn – including serving on the Board and:

Tutoring children in our Early Literacy and Learning Model program
Chaperoning and assisting with field trips
Constructing and/or repairing classroom equipment
Serving on event committees
Photographing Fun Time activities and events
Assisting with outside activities and information booths

Fun Time Early Childhood Academy empowers children ages two to five years of age, preparing them for kindergarten, through a comprehensive, research-based Creative Curriculum that features play as a key component.
