April 8-12 was the Week of the Young Child hosted by NAEYC. The five-day annual celebration spotlights early learning, young children, their teachers, families, and communities.
“Music Monday” the children here at Fun Time celebrated by singing songs and playing instruments.
“Tasty Tuesday” Students enjoyed eating fresh salads made with lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. They also loved the sweet oranges served during lunch.
“Work Together Wednesday” students will learn the value of teamwork and how to problem solve in groups.
“Artsy Thursday” will tap into their creative side with lots of fun arts and crafts.
“Family Friday” where engaging and celebrating families is at the heart of supporting our youngest learners.
