Yolanda Heredia, our new Executive Assistant was born in Texas and grew up inMexico. She attended college in Mexico majoring in Elementary Education. Yolanda has been a Naples/Bonita Springs resident since 1976. She is a certified Family Services Coordinator from Western Carolina University, holds a Director Credential at National Level, Child Development Associate Certificate, and is Department of Children Certification in Early Childhood. She has served as Family Services Coordinator for East Coast Migrant Head Start for many years where she was chosen for a mentor and traveled the East Coast of the United States training the programs new personnel. She has held other titles such as tutor and was a sponsor for the FGCU Scholars Club. Yolanda was a School Aged Childcare Supervisor at Avalon Elementary School and recently retired from Collier County Public Schools after 23 years of service. Her 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Yolanda is a passionate advocate for education at all levels and parent empowerment. She is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge to Fun Time families so she can continue to help others.
