Press Release

Fun Time Early Childhood Academy, a leading provider of safe, quality, and affordable education and care for children and parents from low-income working families, is thrilled to announce its second expansion within the year. This expansion includes the Teenage Parenting Program (TAPP) at Golden Gate High School, further enhancing the academy’s ability to offer high-quality education and care to children from birth to age 5.

Fun Time Early Childhood Academy has always been dedicated to its mission of providing a nurturing environment that prepares children for kindergarten, ensuring they are ready to read and learn. This recent expansion to TAPP aligns perfectly with this vision, as it allows Fun Time to extend its impact on the community and reach even more children in need.

With these expansions, Fun Time Early Childhood Academy will be able to serve up to 248 children, making a profound difference in the lives of families and children across Collier County. By offering high-quality and affordable education and care, Fun Time Academy is removing barriers that low-income working families often face when seeking quality early childhood education for their children.

The acquisition of TAPP at Golden Gate High School is a significant step forward for Fun Time Academy. By integrating this program, Fun Time Academy will be able to support teenage parents in completing their education while providing their children with exceptional education and care. This holistic approach recognizes the importance of addressing the unique needs of teenage parents and their children, creating a supportive environment for their growth and development.

Fun Time Early Childhood Academy understands the challenges faced by teenage parents, and it is committed to offering a safe and enriching environment where their children can thrive. By focusing on early childhood education, Fun Time Academy is not only investing in the future of these young parents but also breaking the cycle of poverty and ensuring that their children have a strong foundation for success.

“We are excited about this second expansion and the Teenage Parenting Program,” said Jessica Campbell, Executive Director at Fun Time Early Childhood Academy. “This opportunity allows us to make an even greater impact on the community, providing high-quality education and care to children from diverse backgrounds, while supporting teenage parents in their educational journey. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and this expansion brings us one step closer to achieving that goal.”

Fun Time Early Childhood Academy is grateful for the continued support of its dedicated staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners who have played a pivotal role in making this expansion possible. Together, we are transforming the lives of children and families, ensuring a brighter future for our community.
