Naples, Florida, [October 15, 2024] – Fun Time Early Childhood Academy announces a charitable gift of $10,000 from the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation. The funds will be used for tuition assistance for children supporting the mission to provide safe, quality, affordable education. Fun Time Early Childhood Academy serves nearly 400 children, offering a nurturing environment that promotes early literacy, cognitive development, and social-emotional growth. This grant will continue to support relief of financial stress on families, allowing parents to maintain employment or continue their education.
“Fun Time Early Childhood Academy extends its deepest gratitude to Suncoast Credit Union for their generous support of our high-quality early learning educational programming. Since 1961, we have proudly served low-income working families. Your support helps us provide a strong educational foundation for children, preparing them for kindergarten and beyond, while also easing the financial burden on their families.” Said Jessica Campbell, Executive Director of Fun Time Early Childhood Academy. “With your help, we continue to expand our reach and impact, offering affordable, high-quality education and essential services that benefit both the children and the families we serve.”
Suncoast Credit Union, Florida’s largest credit union, founded the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation to promote the education, health and emotional well-being of children in the community. Each time a Suncoast member uses their debit or credit card, the credit union donates two cents to the Foundation to fund local initiatives. Since its inception in 1990, the foundation has raised and donated over $45 million.
“Suncoast Credit Union is proud to support Fun Time Early Childhood Academy and its commitment to providing quality, affordable early education,” said Bob Hyde, Vice President of Community Impact, Suncoast Credit Union. “By easing the financial burden on families, this grant ensures that more children have access to the essential early learning experiences that set them on a path to lifelong success.”
