Julian, an engaging four-year-old, shows up for school with a big smile and eager to learn. Socially and academically competent, he expresses his concerns and needs appropriately in the classroom and at home. But this wasn’t always the case.
At one time, Julian was known to hit and kick other students, upset classroom order and require frequent coaching and redirection. He had difficulty listening and cooperating and was at risk of falling significantly behind his peers.
After observing him in the classroom, a behavior specialist referred both Julian and his mother for counseling. With guidance and support, Julian has gradually transformed into a true young gentleman.
Partnering with Fun Time is a partnership between home and school for children like Julian.
