My name is Jessica Chavez, and I have 20 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education. I began as a teacher, before moving forward as an assistant director and now into my current role as site director for Fun Time Academy Santa Barbara. Outside of work, I enjoy growing and deepening my relationship with God, spending time with my husband, children and family. I also read or listen to music in spare time. I love being a part of Fun Time Academy because it has given me the opportunity to meet and make beautiful connections with children, parents, and staff who collaborate together to create a positive school family community who are open to strategies, tools, or services that will help and guide children and parents in a positive way.
“I appreciate how well parents are kept informed about important events or daily activities that are happening in my child’s school. I love that my son is learning to socialize, share, and make new friends, in a safe welcoming environment. I am also grateful for the open communication the teachers have, it gives me comfort knowing my child is well cared for.”
